Poster and Display Gallery Info
This conference stresses making the right business connections as well as the informative and valuable presentations. The Poster Gallery is your avenue to getting the word out about your company or organization. A valuable tool for making those connections.
We put emphasis on the Poster Gallery by having receptions and some meals in the gallery area. This helps attendees spend more time in reviewing the displays and posters in a relaxed atmosphere.
This is not intended as an exhibit style showing. Some companies are bringing small displays and you are encouraged to do so. There is no charge to attendees for this valuable service.
Space Available: Each Attendee has available either 1/2 an 8' table or an area for their easel (approx 4' of space) - the space is intended for handouts and poster display, not for large exhibits. For larger needs, contact us for pricing.
Attendees Packages
Attendees who wish to further get their Information out to the audience are encouraged to provide us with a single page flier or brochure to include in our "Attendee Packages." This is a pre-filled bag of information each attendee will be provided. Inclusion may be limited so we are not asking the attendees to carry around heavy bags so please contact us to make your reservation for this effective marketing tool.
